Per the Globe. Asking price was $200 million although I haven't seen a report with the actual sales price. I think HBO was an original investor so we don't know for sure how much Bill is actually getting.

Bloomberg news article from yesterday said payment was $200mm upfront from Spotify with another $50mm deferred. AT&T owns 10% of the equity, but Simmons owns most of it per the article. So quite a nice payday for him.
