Massey has Holy Cross favored by only 3 at home vs Lehigh.
The Mountain Hawks are currently 15-7 (7-4 in the PL) After losing four straight, they have won their last 2 games against Army (A) and Lafayette (H).

The three point shots are due to start falling again...or not. A PLT home game is probably riding on this game. Go Crusaders.

Seven league games remaining and we're 13-9 overall and 6-5 in the league - we've lost 3 of our last 4 and need to string some w's together if we're going to earn a bye in the first round - a win tonight vs. Lehigh (7-4 in PL) would give us the tiebreaker vs. them if it comes down to ties for playoff position. It will be interesting if the ladies get back to their A game which has been absent of late.

Down 36-22 at the half - simply inept Manis is our leading scorer with 6 points - what’s going on with this team ?

Good question. I have no idea. HC had a good first quarter and then simply dissolved at both ends of the court.

The second quarter dry spell featured 3 pointers that hit nothing but air, missed layups, several bad pass turnovers and at least two offensive fouls.
Worse, perhaps, every time HC scored, Lehigh raced the ball down the court and set up a wide open shot. That's effort (more precisely, lack thereof) and/or a group that's checked out mentally.

Is someone going to tell me the coach isn’t responsible for this lack of effort - she’s not showing me she deserves the head job - hey, there’s still a half to play

Cut the lead from 22 to 9. 4th qtr about to start. Perhaps not dead yet, we'll see.

Happy to give the girls and coach kudos for a great comeback win 65-62 - doing it the hard way but getting it done - now let’s play like we can down the stretch of the season

Overcoming a 24 point deficit and winning in the last minute. That was a game worth watching.

I have to agree with all who said "the coach is responsible" in the third quarter. It appears that in the end, she was.

Well that was a pleasant surprise! Stadium crapped out when they were down 7 at the start of Q4, figured by the time it came back (w/5 min left) they'd be cooked.

I caught the comeback. How about those back door passes to Ezemma and Lauren's cross court overhand bullet pass to Smith for the three? Maybe Ezemma is feeling better physically, which would be helpful.

Went to the game last night & re-watched this morning. Truly a remarkable come back. Well done kids! As bad as HC was in the 2nd qtr & the first 5 mins of the 3rd, Lehigh decided that they could do one better. HC got a lot of 50/50 calls in the second half and took advantage of nearly all of them. Played great team defense and finished much better on offense. One question, after seeing her first extended play of the year, I am wonder why we haven't seen more of Petro, she was great. Looks healthy and played fantastic D, although only took one shot, looks to have a pretty good stroke. Will be interesting to see if her mins increase, as its nice to have a mobile 6'1 guard.

In h.s. Kelly was known primarily for her defense. If 100% next year, she may be a key for HC at both ends of the court.

Go to GOHOLYCROSS then go to SPORTS / WOMEN'S BASKETBALL / SCHEDULE then to PLN Video (on the right column)

However, if you are in the NESN broadcast area you are blocked out from viewing on Stadium.

OK, then look at the middle column and click on NESN. I get blocked from that outside of New England.

Unfortunately, I don't think NESN has replay on demand.

Sorry. The quality of the broadcast on the PLN was awful last night, so they may not list it there for replay.

I had the men's and ladies games on a split screen on my laptop- they both crapped out at the same time (and my internet connection was absolutely fine, other windows were still active). Took 5-10 minutes for the men's game to come back, nearly twice that for the ladies.

Streaming video this year is so poor, I can't even use my Apple tv. When I try to, it freezes up.

I'm in Fairfield county where nesn is not available so these telecasts should not be blacked out, BUT they are. I emailed the SID's office twice about this but of course I have not received the courtesy of a reply. Very disappointing
