Hockey won one game, but doesn’t really matter since Berard lost another series.

Some pretty good individual performances at the ECAC track meet for women From Goholycross.com BOSTON – The Holy Cross women's track and field team broke a pair of indoor school records on the final day of the ECAC Championship on Sunday, March 8.
Sophomores Kelsey O'Hara, Grace Hoelscher and Emily Koufos and freshman Laura Turner placed fourth in the distance medley relay, running a time of 11:50.48 – five seconds faster than the previous school record of 11:55.70, set in 1984.
Senior Caroline Frey ran a time of 1:13.63 in the 500 meters, breaking a 13-year-old school record (1:13.91) to place sixth in the event.
In total, the Crusaders broke three school records on the weekend, as senior Allie Smiley bested her previous indoor school record with a mark of 5.90 meters in the long jump on Saturday. Senior Allison McArdle ran a PR of 9:54.61 in the 3,000 meters, placing 19th overall. Junior Abbie Mokwuah finished 20th in the shot put with a throw of 13.14 meters.
As a team, the Crusaders tallied 24 points to place 12th out of 41 scoring teams.
