Well per the roster link provided, #16 (Togo's left) is Al Bianchi. Thought he looked familiar... former Knicks GM.
Last two on the right are tougher. I'd guess that the far right guy's number looks like a 5, which would make that Paul Seymour.

Tom Gola players for the Philadelphia Warriors, then father they moved to the city by the Bay in 1962, the San Francisco, later Golden State Warriors.
The Syracuse Nationals became the Philadelphia 76ers in the 1963-1964 season. I believed all in the picture,except Togo, and Paul Seymour, were part of the 76ers for several years after the move to Philly.
