The night that Kaftan, Cousy, Palazzi and Heinsohn went up on the Hart Center Wall was one of the best nights ever for Holy Cross fans. Who are the best four WBB players of all time? Sherry Levin, Amy O'Brien and Lauren Manis jump immediately to mind. Who are other candidates?

Is this actually being done - or just a hypothetical?

I always admired Katie O'Keefe's consistency. She was not flashy but provided the glue for a series of winning teams. Anna Kinne was another one who wasn't flashy but very productive. Amazingly she slimmed down after graduation when she became a coach. She was as effective as Avery while carrying extra weight up and down the court.

If Maggie hadn't suffered a knee injury, she might have been in the Amy O'Brien/Lauren Manis stratosphere in career scoring. She had two cheering sections, a group of her grandfather's classmates who had "Maggie's Corner" or something similar up in the chair backs, and her regular customers at the Chicagoland IHOP she waitressed at in the summer.

She was an assistant coach at Salem State for a few years but eventually she and her family moved into the Albany area, don't know if she is still there

Assuming that the women don't follow the guys' model of only hoisting All Americans. As we all get a little stir crazy without sports, similar topic on the mens' board

Fwiw, Bob Fouracre - who's probably seen more HC women players than any of us on the board - once said Walker was the best he had ever seen here.
