Lisa Mifsud scored 1105 points despite only averaging 2.2 ppg as a freshman. Addison Cross could have a similar upward trajectory. She looked good during limited appearances and improved as the season progressed. We haven't seen much of Demski but she is the same height as Swords. Looking forward to seeing her play while fully healthy.

Just hope Demski is healthy enough to contribute.

LS, I'm not sure you're watching the same games I am when it comes to Cross' 19-20 season - hey, no doubt she's going to be given a big opportunity this season and I also hope there's a big jump in her soph year. But you're wrong about 'improved as the season progressed' - her stats were pretty consistent through the season 'except' for her shooting % which we can agree is pretty important. overall fg pct: .250 league fg pct: .208 (which means she shot close to 30 pct in the ooc) her scoring was consistent, finishing the year with 27 points in 28 games. If you're looking at her as a point guard, her turnover/assist ratio was 20/13 overall and 14/10 in the PL I'm sure Coach Mo has given her a summer routine to see these numbers improve as she's probably slotted as a starting guard next to Avery LaB

Those numbers are not encouraging for certain. But there was something about her play which indicates to me that she can be a lot better. If Demski is healthy she should be a big plus.

I think she appeared to play with more confidence and look more like she belonged out there as the season progressed. Her actual production didn't progress, though. Kerry Flaherty averaged over 19 points per game as a senior in high school yet was 0-2 in 14 minutes of action her Freshman year at HC. I hope there is potential for contributions from her going forward.

Happy to see Maddy gets the all clear to start paracticing, assuming they play, HC will need some quality minutes from her upfront: /photo/1

Another player who's perhaps getting a bit of a break by the delay in starting the season.
