My guess is if he wants to stay close to home at a high-academic, Harvard will be the one.

If we're going to focus on legacies like Sean Logan, Andrew Keister has a son (and a daughter) who I believe will be in the high school recruiting class of 2039 or 2040. Unfortunately, early reports say absolutely no foot speed

Wonder who the athletic rejection notches she has on her belt as she departs. Not kids who might have come here (lots of fish tales when it comes to that); but ones that were 100% ready to sign on the dotted line and didn't get the opportunity.

Sean Logan plays for the same grass roots program that women’s commit Cahalan plays for

As I said earlier, unless Sean wants something different than Holy Cross, he should be receiving all of our attention. If we end up with an additional spot(s) due to the portal options fine, but not going hard to get Sean now would be difficult to understand. Nothing to suggest that is or isn’t happening, but I look at taking him as one of the easiest decisions these coaches will have the opportunity to make.

Perhaps he's holding out for something bigger?

It appears the young man doesn't have his heart set on attending his father's alma mater. If he did he would have committed when offered, instead he's continued to look at other alternatives. Not much else the staff can do but keep in touch and let him know they want him. Obviously he runs the risk of losing the only scholarship left if someone else commits.

We have possum's statement and efg's below: "While we think a big makes the most sense, the staff could want another guard, or have offered another big they rank higher on their priority list. So yes, a player could say they are ready and want to commit, but the staff might want to wait to see what other options develop and delay a decision "
Only one of those statements accurately represents the situation and right now no one can claim to know which is the accurate one.

If I received an offer from a school and when trying to commit was told to cool my heels until player x made his decision I'd be moving on to another alternative.

Sean Logan , 6’10 PF Westfield 2022 Logan made an impact for Team Rio University in the UAA circuit already and should continue to do so this weekend. The lanky 6’10 forward runs the floor hard and knows how to finish in transition. Logan has an underrated handle.

I hope the staff is doing all it can to sign him! If they are, and we don't get him, that is life. If we aren't I hope they can explain it in a real and meaningful way.
I do believe this staff is working hard to develop this group, but I am anxiously/nervously waiting to see if this head coach make that turn into wins. If we look at the head coaches in this league, where do we think he ranks at this point and why?
Top 3 Middle 3 Bottom 4

IMO, it’s too early to tell on X’s and O’s and I am expecting that we will begin to see that picture more clearly this year. However, I do think he is elite as a PL recruiter based on what we’ve seen so far. I will also spin your question back this way — knowing what we know now, if you could go back 24 months ago and hire any current PL coach to inherit the situation that HCBN took over, where would HCBN rank? IMO, I would have only taken Langel over him.

Interesting---I sure hope you are right about "elite recruiter". I'm not sure I have seen enough from his players on the court to make that judgment quite yet. Gates and Johnson have proven themselves to me, Martindale has shown strong potential, and I expect many are excited about Kyrell Luc. Still. I think the jury is out.....

He's good at keeping the coaching staff intact. That will pay some type of dividend. Whether that will equal additional wins is hard to measure.

From a distance it appears as if he delegates well and the staff is engaged and empowered to make decisions Btw i have been wrong many times in my life and could be wrong here as well
