Then there's Skyy Walker, a 6-2 SG from Brentwood. He heard from us today. A consensus five-star recruit, he's got offers from Michigan, Oregon, Georgetown, Ohio State, Kansas, UCLA, etc.

Is that Brentwood, Cali or NY ? As catchy a name and fun as it might be to have a guy named Skyy Walker on the team, I think you're referring to Skyy Clark. Go get 'em Brett! |

Actually, the Brentwood Academy Skyy Clark is attending is in Tennessee. Though he had been in Northridge CA at Heritage Christian School
I don't think anyone really thinks we have a chance with him, but he seems like a really interesting kid. Other than the 5 star rating, seems like the type of kid we'd go after hard. Just Google Skyy Clark and add a word like parents, mother, or father and there are a handful of stories about him that will come up that have little to do with his recruiting and basketball.

Ann Lambiotte was a member of the HC Women’s basketball team from 1987-1991. She currently resides in North Carolina. If I remember correctly, from her playing days at HC that she is the sister to Walker. So there could be a family connection regarding recruiting. |

Walker is his father, Ann is his aunt, Kenny is his uncle.
Ann's the only one who finished where she started. Walker went to NC State, then Northwestern. Kenny was a basketball player at Virginia, then transferred to Bill and Mary to play quarterback. He played against HC in 1986 (we won big).

1.) Can you offer someone who is not in the NCAA clearinghouse?
2.) How does a rising junior get into the clearinghouse as standardized tests were largely cancelled this spring?
