Completion date will hopefully coincide with the return of safe indoor congregating.

Will the building be finished by the start of the 2021-22 academic year ? The building may be, but, as I understand the timing, HC cannot use it for classes until the start of the second semester. There is a period of familiarization and training for faculty and students. I do not know how much time is set aside for tuning the acoustics. The acoustics 'engineers' are JaffeHolden www.jaffeholden.com/portfolio/'Tuning' a concert hall in Australia

Blessed to have seen/heard Handel's Messiah in the Sydney Opera House on our tour down under. A truly amazing place. If our PPAC is 10% as nice, it'll be outstanding. The netting over the center of the Sydney Harbor bridge was lights that at night were a big letter "O" as Oprah Winfrey was visiting at the same time and was a tribute to her (?). While we didn't do it, they have tours walking over the arc of the bridge with safety harnesses.

Then you'll love this webcam: webcamsydney.com/However, it "disconnects" after 5 or so minutes. And remember there's a 15 hour time difference from the the U.S. East coast, so 9:00 am tomorrow daylight now as I write this. Our tour's final farewell meal was at a restaurant by the water about in the foreground of the webcam.
