John Simon at Lehigh will also be stepping down in June 2021.
At least 3 changes in leadership for the Patriot League Council of Presidents.

Sounds pretty reasonable - seeing all the success other schools have had with kids on campus she is welcoming all kids back to Lafayette's campus (there is an option for kids to stay remote if that is what they prefer). I'm sure parents/kids appreciate getting that word fairly far in advance. She seems to have a level-headed grasp of the situation (knows college age kids will get Covid [there is a pandemic, after all] and knows it can be safely managed on campus: "We cannot expect to create a disease-free environment, but together we can create an environment in which total cases will fall within our capacity to quarantine or isolate students who become ill." ): covid19.lafayette.edu/2020/10/20/lafayette-together-the-plan-for-spring-2021/

That's a tough call. You can't go home. I know WPI has that same rule and I know a student who went home for a day trip (to travel banned RI). I just don't see that one being enforced
I wonder what the sanctions are. We've heard that BU claims they're going to toss kids out of school with zero refund of tuition. I know the parent of a Westfield state student who's kid has been forced to quarantine for two weeks because his roommate went to an unsanctioned party where some people had symptoms. No positive test that I'm aware of. So far no consequences for the room mate
