Apparently 75% of all D1 schools would meet at least one of the 3 criteria ...competition not to be in bottom 25%??
the money would be funneled through the conferences...
to raise the academic performance of athletes and/or to select more academically capable athletes??... to provide 'tutoring' programs for all athletes?? ...to fund a summer school??

A summer program at HC could help in many areas!

Will this cause the some of the big boys to try to take some Patriot League type players to get a smart kid to sit on the bench?
