Going to guess that Pistol Pete Maravich saw the Cooz play some as a young kid..... One of my old company's brokers was a guy named Lou Pucillo, a HOFer at North Carolina State, class of 1959. At one dinner, to honor Lou, we played a video that the local TV station had done about his great career at NC State. Lou. a Philly native, said on the video that he had based his whole game (he was a ballhandler & creative playmaker) on Bob Cousy.

Ramsey, Russell, Heinsohn, Havlicek, Luscotoff, Sharman, McCauley (I think), Sam Jones (and maybe KC)...those are the players I spotted. Any others someone picked out?

Lou Pucillo and I share a High School Alma Mater. He was more than a decade before me. Unfortunately never saw him play in High School before NC State.

The announcer mentioned a pass to Oscar, must have been in an all star game I believe also a pass to Richie Guerin, also an all star game.

Yeah, there's a pass to a #32 and the Celts didn't use that number until the 70s. So that must have been an all star game.
