They didn't have any in 2020, good chance they won't have any in 2021.
The 50 year reunions are big events and I'd think they would have some sort of consolidated events in 2022 and 2023 (for example, have the 50 year for the classes of 1970 and 1971 together; then maybe the ones for 1972 and 1973 a year after that). Just my opinion. Anyone hear anything?

You are right about that. As a Purple Knight there is always a reunion somewhere.

I wouldn't split up the Knights; I don't think I'm alone in so far as I knew as many in the class ahead of me and the class behind me. Maybe have a geezer weekend and an everyone else weekend.

Holy Cross' summer session I starts four days before commencement. Summer session 2 starts around July 4th. Summer session 2 ends a week or two before the start of the fall (2021) semester.
The campus will be full of students from January 2, 2021 until end of the fall semester in December. I am guessing the last time when 'students' were present on-campus year-round was during WWII.
I expect reunions will be split, and maybe held in the fall. Although by June, the percentage of alumni who are vaccinated should be quite high.

According to Fr K's book after Pearl Harbor the academic calendar was accelerated; a May 7 - July 1 summer session was added to allow the class of '43 to graduate after the fall '42 semester; the calendar was 3 year degree program. NROTC became a 3 yr degree program during the war. On July 1 1943 the Navy's V-12 program started with 600 enlisted sailors. The program was 3 terms of college level courses with a new class entering at 4 month intervals. It was not a degree program as such although many got degrees by qualifying for 'midshipmen school' which could be somewhere else. Williams & WPI were V-12 only schools; Harvard & Holy Cross had midshipmen programs as well.

My dad was a part of the HC group, moved to the USAF, and then over to Korea before ending up in military intelligence and other missions- had came back in the fall of 53 to graduate
