I don't think our biggest issue is talent.

The decision making is questionable at best. Bell has never shown the ability to pass the ball. Wade throws for 300 yards and wins a game and basically has the leash of a small puppy the next week with a guy who can't throw. Ok great. So you have an athlete back there and we will tailor the offense to his skill set right? No. The 20 points he engineered included a long punt return and a halfback pass.... With Flaherty out we spread the ball around with Weizcorak and Denicola leading the country in receptions. Flaherty comes back and almost all of our eggs go into his basket. Alexander sows flashes of being a very good RB in the first few games. Seems he loses carries instead of gaining more carries. There seems to be a lack of development of players. They only become "experienced". 3rd and 6 with the season and probably the coaching staff's jobs on the line and we run Wildcat? Peculiar choices and decisions in my opinion...

Tight ends grossly underutilized given their size and talent. Besides catching they can be used as H-backs or even true fullbacks I'm short yardage much more often than they are.
