That is where I see the NCAA as over-managing. If HC gave pairs of tickets to all of the Worcester schools to use as they wished, would that be "recruiting?" After all, it is not like the Power 5 where one might get gifts to family members, a no-show job or even a car. We donated books to high school graduates for years but that seems to be disappearing. Is that because we were possibly recruiting people who could read?

A few years ago I was at a game at Fitton and I noticed a stream of wheelchairs being pushed over to the handicap section on the visitors side. I noted the chairs were labeled "property of Bedford VA hospital." It was a beautiful day and those guys were happy. It gave me a good feeling. I'm assuming those tickets were donated by HC.

Anyone who is patient of a VA hospital isn't going to present a potential recruiting violation, unlike some other instances where comping tix could.
