Allen continues to impress - ten points in ten minutes, draws fouls regularly. Really skilled down low

Looks like the Bison had a CIVID outbreak - both men's & women's games for this & next weekend postponed A team manager tested positive.

Final LU 87-68 Flaherty shows a surprising shooting touch in garbage time, ties Allen as leading scorer w/ 12.

Yes, I noticed one futile flop under the defensive boards in the first half that was a bit obvious. Johnny Most used to call that a "Stanislavski" after the famous acting coach.

Allen continues to impress - ten points in ten minutes, draws fouls regularly. Really skilled down lowIn 14 min Allen had 12 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 block and 2 turnovers. She is listed as having 2 turnovers. The refs made some strange calls Let's see how many minutes she has earned for tomorrow.

I know this is stating the obvious but if HC is going to be a bit more competitive against the better teams- need to take much better care of the ball, improve shot selection and make a few outside shots. The good news is they are a much better rebounding team than the have been recently and the freshmen are very good

Can't game plan to push the ball when Lehigh wants that game and is a bit better at it. Tomorrow is a new day. AL will be better.

HC teamwork was - to say the least - not as sharp early on as it has been. Hopefully they will improve by tomorrow! AL had 11 points but shot loss than 16% on FGs. One of her worst games.
The sloppy passing has to improve or tomorrow there could be more turnovers than the 19 HC had today. They also gave up 6 steals (0 by HC).
Rebounds not bad (tied at 42).

our starting backcourt of Avery and Cara were a combined 5 of 28 from the field - that tells much of the story

Would you start her over McCormack tomorrow and slide BPC to the two slot? That would let Cara come off the bench and add a spark of energy.

Start Allen, go bigger, and slow the pace Actually I can't recall if Allen started today, but I like a starting five of Avery, BPC, Allen, Ezemma and Demski against Lehigh.

For sure a better half court lineup. Even though Lehigh shoots the three pretty well, HC might be better using a zone too, especially with bigger, slower line up

I'm not sure changing the starting lineup really makes a difference here. I agree with HC13 that they need to take much better care of the ball and get into some sort of rhythm on offense. For much of the game it looked as if it was a race for who could jack up a shot the fastest after catching a pass. Better fundamentals in general would go a long way with this group

McCormack would be a perky sub as a Freshman on most D-1 teams.

Whoever said early in the week they were a big challenge was spot on. They were simply a better team, at least today.
Funny that in Q2, where the fouls were ridiculously one-sided; HC made a run at them.

Very nice. I'll be looking forward to Coach Nelson and Berard sharing their thoughts after losses.
