Is Rabinovich hurt again? I thought he gave some good minutes the last game.

True. At 6-40, just losers. Harsh, but we are what our record says we are under Nelson.

Impressive second half. Too bad they can't put 2 good halves together.

How many rebounds did Army get off their own missed free-throws??
They go to the line, miss the FT, and then get the stinkin’ ball back. You’re never going to win a cloy game with that going on!

True. At 6-40, just losers. Harsh, but we are what our record says we are under Nelson. Nelson recruits scored 17 of our 65 points. Carmody recruits scored the rest.

Ignutz, are you going by the play-by-play? I think it's messed up.
Three or four times, it says:
Army Player missed Free Throw Army Offensive Rebound (same) Army Player Made Free Throw.
That doesn't make any sense. There was no subsequent foul on HC, only the foul that put the Army player on the line to begin with.
I think it somehow means that the Army guy missed the first and made the second, which I remember happening a few times.
Long way of me saying with all the problems HC had in the game, that particular no-no wasn't one of them; if it was, it happened once or twice, not several times.

glad we improved in the second half, but we need to start winning games. there are no moral victories at this stage of the season (or in patriot league play in general).
that said, butler is indeed a warrior and his hard-nosed play has been one of the few bright spots over the past several seasons.

Give them credit for not quitting but this wasn't a well played game by either team. Don't know about anyone else, but I've been underwhelmed by the play of this freshmen class. I was hoping that this group would be a step up from the talent we've been recruiting lately but so far that hasn't been the case. I think Johnson will be a solid player but other than that I'm not sure what we have. Montgomery and Humphrey look to be good athletes but neither has showed much ability to put the ball in the hoop. So far Martindale has been a trick or treat shooter and doesn't appear to be overly strong in any other facet of the game. Doesn't appear that Townsell is going to be a major contributor and for one reason or another Rabinovitch and Louth can't make it onto the floor. Gates was strong coming out of the gate but it seems the league has figured out his game and it seems we're going to have to make some adjustments to get him going again. As the season has progressed Nelson is leaning more and more on the returning players which is not a good sign for the future. Hopefully they're adjusting to the college game because next year they're all going to have to play significant roles. If we struck out on this class we are screwed.
