I believe with American's win ensures that we will be playing in the play-in round.

We will know soon. Probably selfish, but I like the idea of seeing our guys play an extra game (assuming HC wins the play-in).

I believe with American's win ensures that we will be playing in the play-in round. And I believe that if Laffy can hang two Ls on LU, we’d be the 8-seed and get a home game.

Lafayette wins a close one over Lehigh...The Lafay clock operator was VERY slow stopping the clock after made shots in the last minute..2 seconds were added after a Laffy hoop, reviewed by refs..Lehigh scored, clock ran about a second after the whistle, (no review)...

I believe with American's win ensures that we will be playing in the play-in round. If I have the PL rules correct-and there's every chance I do not-AU's win ensures, at the least, that we will finish ahead of HC in the standings because of win percentage, which determines seeding for the tournament (again, that's my understanding). We're 3-5 after today; if we beat Bucknell Sunday, we'll be 4-5, for a win percentage of .444. Even if we lose, we'll finish 3-6, for a win percentage of .333. If Lehigh and Loyola both lose Sunday (to Lafayette and Navy, respectively), they'll both finish 4-10 in conference, for a win percentage of .286, and would finish behind HC. But I think-again, think, don't know-that HC is locked into the play-in round, between 8 and 10.

This is due, in part, to the skewed make up and scheduling of the 3 divisions.

Much to be determined in the standings by the results tomorrow
HC can finish 7-10 I think?

Based on NJJ’s post above, AU has 7th locked up.

I think
If BU loses tomorrow they go to 5-11 and behind Holy Cross An AU win and a BU loss pushes them to 6th

Much to be determined in the standings by the results tomorrow HC can finish 7-10 I think? I'm trying to find a way HC can finish seventh, and not succeeding. HC is 5-11 in PL play, for a .313 win percentage. The pod winners ('Gate, Navy, Lafayette) are the top three seeds. Seeds 4-10 determined by PL win percentage regardless of pod. No matter what Bucknell, Boston, Army and AU do Sunday, they'll each finish with win percentages above .313. If AU loses Sunday and Lehigh and Loyola both win, they'd both finish ahead of AU in win percentage, at .357-but they'd also finish ahead of HC. And even if that happens, AU would still be ahead of HC with a .333 win percentage (3-6), leaving AU in ninth and HC in 10th. If Lehigh and Loyola both lose, HC will finish ahead of them, in eighth. I think another poster has BU listed at 5-10 in conference. They're 6-9. So the worst they can finish is 6-10, for a .375 win percentage. As I always say this time of year, I could be wrong.

If BU loses they are 5-11 like HC and I believe?? Lose a tie breaker And if Lehigh and Loyola each lose they finish 9 and 10
Look I could be wrong on the tie breaker but...

Haha I know. I watched most of the game and it never seemed like Navy was not going to win. Your right that did take forever. Good win for Navy without their best player Cam Davis. DiMarz where is Doug Birdsong? Umass Lowell is playing Stony Brook in the America East playoffs and the game is at UNH bucknellbison.com/staff-directory/doug-birdsong/205One PL game every hour today! plus PGA golf, and Grandy is on ESPN.....The clicker will get a workout today! A while back, I saw an announcement that Doug Birdsong is only handling the radio broadcast for Bucknell and not the ESPN+ telecast. I have had several very pleasant conversation with Doug after games in the Hart Center, but listening to him during a game is more than any Crusader fan should have to endure. If you miss Doug on the air, you can listen to him on Sunday on Eagle 107. Bingo! bucknellbison.com/watch/?Live=167&type=Live

patriotleague.org/news/2021/2/27/patriot-league-mens-basketball-recap-2-27-21.aspxBETHLEHEM, Pa. – Much of the seeding for the 2021 PenFed Credit Union Patriot League Men’s Basketball Championship is still to be determined following the penultimate day of regular season play. With Navy’s victory over Loyola Maryland, the Mids can still claim the No. 1 seed in the 2021 PenFed Credit Union Patriot League Men’s Basketball Championship with a win over Loyola Maryland on Sunday. Colgate will receive the No. 1 seed for the third-straight season if the Midshipmen lose to the Greyhounds. Lafayette clinched the Central Division title and the No. 3 seed in the championship with its victory over Lehigh. American, Army West Point and Bucknell could still clinch the No. 4 seed and a home game in the Saturday, March 6 quarterfinal round. American, Holy Cross, Lehigh and Loyola Maryland are all still in the mix to host a first-round game on Wednesday, March 3.

If Loyola were to finish in 10th, they would have to be the most talented regular season last place team in PL history; not sure I'd want to catch them in the first round.
If we have to play someone we've already played, let it be Lehigh - owe them.
