Sluka has 188 passing yards in 10 quarters, an average of nearly 19 yards a quarter. 100 yard passing games aren't going to win many football games, even in the PL. -------------- With respect to his rushing yards, > a sensational 145 net yards in two quarters against Fordham, almost half the team total of 292 yards. > a respectable 61 net yards in four quarters against Bucknell, less than a third of the team total of 192 yards. I'll take 192 team rushing yards any day. > a weak 22 net yards against SDSU, one fifth of the team's total. At Peddie, on an undefeated 8-0 team, he averaged 110 passing yards a game. It's difficult to find rushing stats for a QB, but after six games at Peddie, this eye-popping stat. www.nj.com/highschoolsports/2019/10/football-peddie-at-hun-is-a-talent-filled-times-of-trenton-gow.htmlThat's an average of 28 yards per rushing attempt!!!!! Only an average of 12 yards per attempt against Fordham. An less that a sixth of that average per attempt against SDSU. This reinforces my belief that defenses next year will be geared to stopping his running game, and dare him to beat them with his passing.

Would guess if he was able to participate in more practices during the semester he would have had better timing and also know his receivers a bit better. With the other receivers returning in the fall, it would be great if Sluka and the others were working out together on passing routes once exams are over.

Based on the then stats and recruits, I presume Hun won the game handily, yes ? And YIKES, where did the Hun QB Logan Clouse wind up going to school ?

Clouse walked on at Pitt. Had FCS offers from Bucknell, Eastern KY and Morehead State.

Can't say the last time I saw a snap from a T formation deliberately go through the qb like that. If ever.
