This is what I found when looking for more detail on the kiss on the forehead allegation:
“Three women felt uncomfortable after Hillsman kissed them on the forehead following a discussion about playing time.”
Hardly predatory behavior without more.
You sound more "old school" than I do!
"Predatory" is in the eye of the beholder and if he made 3 female players "uncomfortable," that's probably an issue whether that fits the former definition of not. More importantly, it was unwanted and - speculating here - this was probably not an isolated occurrence.
Apparently Hillsman will not be coaching in Spain due to problems with his work permit paper work
Apparently it was more than just work permit issues that caused the team to quickly get rid of him. The Syracuse paper reports the following:
“After the team announced that Hillsman would take over head coaching duties last Wednesday, Leganés moved away from Hillsman due to backlash and visa issues, Paco Simón of Al Cabo de La Calle reported. The backlash was the result of a report from The Athletic that detailed an alleged pattern of inappropriate behavior and bullying during Hillsman’s time at Syracuse.”
