Now that they are available, do they not renew your seats from the previous season? And where is the best place to park?

Tried to renew my season tickets on line but apparently a new ticketing system and was going to put me in section 29 (wherever that is!) rather than section 5 where I’ve been for something like 20 years.
Gave up and called and spoke with Ryan. He saw I was in section 5 and was going to charge me $75 per ticket when I explained those seats do NOT have cushions and I don’t need cushions since I have my own and should be charged $55. He agreed. Then he said he would be adding the $100 baseball field parking pass that I had and I informed him that I park in the garage and haven’t parked on the baseball field in 3 +/- years and since I don’t tailgate anymore, I don’t wish to pay the extra $60 and get bumped to the garage when there is a heavy mist anyway.
I honestly couldn’t tell if Ryan was making newby honest mistakes or if this was part of a strategic plan to upgrade my order in order to bring in more revenue.

Thanks for sharing your experience today regarding ordering season tickets. I will reference you when I renew mine.
Probably an honest mistake, as Ryan is new, and has not had the privilege and the comradely of the elite Corp of the members of Section 5. 😁

I am going to call and try to get them right now. Calling is the best way as you should get exactly what you want.
I talked to Ryan. Everything went good, 4 General Admission season tickets and a parking pass. .
How many season ticket holders do you think HC football has?

Not sure but I would guess a few hundred individuals buying an average of 2.5 tickets. Call it 250 people and 625 tickets as a guess. Someone probably has actual information.

Every former football player should buy at least one seasons ticket to support the program, and if they cannot attend, donate the ticket to a youth community organization in Worcester. In the past, there was a formal committee of the Alumni Association that had a budget to donate tickets to the various organizations, but unfortunately the committee no longer exist. For years this effort was coordinated by Art Andreoli. With his passing, the baton was not passed to someone else. However, there is no reason that the Department of Athletics could not do so directly. Having the additional middle organization is no longer necessary.
With the new electronic ticketing platform, the donation would not be difficult unlike the era when all tickets were paper.

I called on Friday and received no answer, so I left a message. I received a return phone call about an hour later and informed Ryan I wanted to renew my season ticket and parking pass. I provided Ryan my name, and he accessed my account. Ryan then verified my season ticket was Section 5, Row K, Seat 1 (cushion seat). In addition, he verified my parking pass was in the garage. He quoted me a price of $95 for both. I then gave him my credit card number and that was it. In summary, it was a simple process that went with ease.

Where are our tickets and parking passes? Should I be concerned?

No. Ryan informed me that the tickets will be sent electronically to our smart phones. Same for parking if I recall.

Just a heads-up, you will no longer be able to leave the baseball field and return to the lot during the game/halftime (with the expectation of returning to the game). This was discussed on the fan committee I'm on....told them it might be met with some resistance...we shall see.

FYI, just received my season football tickets and parking pass electronically and added to my Apple wallet. I'll have to keep my eyes open. Athletics has my E-mail address, but not my cell phone number. I only have 10 days to figure this out

Crusis I agree with you regarding ex players buying tickets and giving them to kids. I did. No problem appreciated giving back especially to some kids in Worcester who’ve never been to game at Fitton Field.

There is a PDF file that contains the scan information that will be used at the gates. The new ticket process provides for multi platform delivery. If you have an Apple device, you can load to your Apple Wallet. If not you can open the PDF file and print the ticket scan information from your home PC, or show the information from your Android device at the gates.

With the new electronic ticketing platform, the donation would not be difficult unlike the era when all tickets were paper. Crucius you sent me a note earlier this spring on the topic and my 8 seats and parking are being donated for football and hoops. If someone has a special need and wants a specific game let me know and will try and help out. I live in DC so my hope is to attend one football game and3-5 for hoops

There are kids who will be introduced to HC sports through your efforts. Thank you.
