Thanks for the Worcester weather update. Not a great day but, with the earlier start at 12:00, hopefully it won't impact the HC passing game to severely.

I find it interesting how many people think that the last Holy Cross Boston College game was also Flutie's last game (LFN referred to this). The 1986 game was the one played on a wet and muddy field following a snowstorm earlier in the week. The last Flutie game was in 1984 when he was whisked away following the conclusion of the game to go to the Heisman Ceremony. If I recall correctly in that game we were down 10-3 at halftime. Fenerty did not play in that game due to an injury suffered against Boston University the previous week.

Don't forget to get to the game early as only the first 1,500 get their Gordie bobble head dolls!!
That plus parking will be tough.
Looks like the worst of the weather was last night. The radar shows storms to the west through Philly, Jesery and NYC and heading almost due north but a small band is heading Worcester way.
The new turf (real grass) field looked great so far this season with perfect weather it held up well for the first 3 games. TG always said Fitton had great drainage and this afternoon will be a test.
Pray for no injuries on either team and then, Lord, how about a win for the Crusaders?

WORCESTER, Mass. – Due to the inclement weather, the Premier Lot (Baseball Field) will be closed for this afternoon’s football game between Holy Cross and Lehigh. This will prevent any vehicles from causing damage to and/or getting stuck in the grass. Anyone with a pass for the Premier Lot will have several parking options for today.
Parking for the Purple Lot (Freshman Field) is currently scheduled to remain open, and all passes for the Premier Lot will be honored. Tailgating is permitted for anyone parking in the Purple Lot.
Pass holders for the Premier Lot will also be allowed into the Easy Access Lot (Parking Garage). Please note that tailgating is not permitted for those parking in the garage.
Other options for today’s game include street parking in the areas around Fitton Field, and the Hart Center Lots at the top of campus.
