There have not been stairs on the exterior of Hogan for years. To make the building handicap accessible, a vestible was built many years ago to protect the small lift to the right as you enter Hogan from the parking lot. There may be some changes in the slope and maybe a small change in elevation, but unless they are modifying Hogan, the height of the sidewalk/street in the renovated parking lot will be roughly right were it is in this picture. And you can see, there are still stairs to actually ge to the 3rd floor level.
Yup, I forgot that. Same thing on the other side, where back in the day there were outside stairs (and a tremendous waste of space "porch " that ran the length of the building), but now the sidewalk level entrance is to the downstairs area.
Guess it goes without saying if the IT guys can't work remotely effectively, who can? Unless the camera got hit by lightning or blew off the Hogan roof. I'm still putting my money on a change of location.

Speaking of construction at HC, I am just throwing out the 2019 Holy Cross Calendar and on the bottom of the January page there is a small photo of the basement of O'Kane from it's dedication in 1895. The caption said the ground floor included a gymnasium and an elevated running track.
126 years later it is nice to again say that Holy Cross has some of the best indoor training facilities in New England.
The web cams are for us normal folk for seeing the campus construction progress. I would guess that PP’s surveillance of the campus is from a forgotten Hughes Aerospace Optical or Perkin Elmer Satellite that he has access.
Sader70, guess it is up to you and me to make some phone calls regarding the Hogan Cam.
