Which high school(s) has (have) produced the most HC hoops Hall of Famers ?
I can think of one with 3 and others with 2.

I have to think Wlit's Overbrook HS in Philadelphia has to be there as I know some other stars came out of the school

I had no idea that Chris Mullin went to Power Memorial--can you imagine being that great a player but not being able to claim you were your high school's best? Thinking beyond basketball, some other high schools that come right to mind for multiple big pro stars are McClymonds and Serra HS in CA.

Bob Curran from the NCAA championship team and former HC head coach from St. John's HS in Shrewsbury. I have a hunch that might be the winning school. John Andreoli is another one.

St Peter's Prep: Blaney, Hochstein and Waddelton Catholic Memorial: Perry Jr and Vicens I believe Fr. Earle Markey also went to St.Peter’s Prep that would give them four, and a clear winner here I know at least two more schools that have two Hall of Famers

Two NY metro area high schools have at least 2 HC Hall of Famers Chaminade has Joe Mullaney and Bobby Kissane Cardinal Hayes has Dermie O’Connell and Timmy Shea(and should have a third, Gene Doyle)

Interesting that Jim Kissane is listed as a notable Chaminade alumnus on Wikipedia but Bob is not, I thought Bob was the better player, they did have a couple of notable actors Brian Dennehy and George Kennedy.

C'mon. Brian Dennehy's good but to put him in the same league with the incomparable George Kennedy?? On this board?? Heresy!

I met Dennehy once-nice guy to chat with. Alas, I never had the honor of meeting the great George Kennedy

Two NY metro area high schools have at least 2 HC Hall of Famers Chaminade has Joe Mullaney and Bobby Kissane Cardinal Hayes has Dermie O’Connell and Timmy Shea(and should have a third, Gene Doyle) Speaking of Chaminade... At one point during my time at HC, Chaminade had at least one athlete on EVERY men's sports team with the exception of ice hockey an golf. Not even sure if Chaminade has hockey but I would guess that they do given that they're a huge sports school located in the heart of Isles country. But HS hockey not a big deal in NY so I don't follow. The big names included: Basketball - Andrew Beinert => Chaminade is definitely one of the better basketball schools on the island but certainly not a school routinely pumping out D-I players. Wouldn't surprise me if Beinert is the schools all-time leading scorer. Certainly the biggest name I remember coming out of there recently. Football - Rob Koster => QB turned WR at HC. As a soph, he caught the game-winning Hail Mary pass from Randolph to win the 2008 game against Lafayette, to set up the de facto "championship game" against Colgate to end the season. Baseball - Brendan McCrea => starting CF for at least 3 if not 4 years Rowing => my dear classmate Chris Hayden was the coxswain on the first and second varsity eights at various times Lax/Track/Cross County/Swimming/Tennis => Chaminade is a factory in all of these sports and Holy Cross is not. Given that Chaminade is a feeder school for HC, we they usually have at least one guy on each of these teams. Soccer => Midfielder Pat McCann '12 was a team captain in 2011 for HC.

Chaminade does have ice hockey
I think that either Bob, Jim Kissane or Al Schwarz scored more than Andrew.
another Chaminade alum—George Kennedy

I liked this brief history of Cardinal Hayes athletics with a few HC names in there. www.cardinalhayes.org/list-detail?pk=107455 I believe Charlie O'Rourke, of BC fame, was the first, or one of the first; football coaches there.

I followed his senior year. He did not put up big numbers. Schwarz definitely did. I played against him. The Kissanes probably did also.
