Great! Now instead of having 10 people in a section that seats 100, we'll have 5! At the end of the day, which hopefully is soon, Sweden and Denmark had it right!

and only 0.004% have died, which is ultimately the number anyone should care about (without considering any other contributing causes of death.)

going down a slightly different path. but still on the topic of going to the game either Saturday or at Fordham. . . What 12 year old vaccinated kid has a photo ID? Those who have traveled to another country? I did vax security for an outdoor concert recently and we were pretty lenient to those who forgot vax cards. I guess the same would be true w/ kids who didn't have an ID.

Here we go again...... Best to stick strictly to policy regarding athletic events in order not to get censured or double secret probation. 😊 Fordham policy that does not allow children’s under 12. If you are planning on going to the HC-Fordham game on November 13, 2021 at Rose Hill, adolescents cannot attend. Confusing You first state that children under 12 cannot attend. Then you write that adolescents(presumably teens) cannot attend My mistake. I should have noted Pre-Adolescents. I have seen several definitions of adolescence, one being from 10-19, the other being from 13-19. Regardless, here is the stipulation from Fordham regarding attendance “Children under 12 will not be allowed to attend outdoor events even if they are masked and have a negative COVID test.”

Would have taken too much time for a staffer to research whether HC has a football team?

Would have taken too much time for a staffer to research whether HC has a football team? She should have used the google machine.🤣🤪 However I Guess a reference to Alma Mater is a good thing. If she had mentioned where he went to Med school, Cornell, not knowing if they had a football team, then we know who is not smarter than a box of rocks, or really playing to the lowest common denominator regarding academic and athletic awareness. Another reason why I do not like UCLA, their Alumni are as insufferable as the one’s from that school in the mid west in a city that use to make Studebakers. 🙄

What's the point of this? Is it to protect the vaccinated people from the unvaccinated people? Holy Cross is experiencing an outbreak of infections among the students, all but one of whom are fully vaccinated. The sources of this outbreak are off-campus social gatherings. The number of positive tests over the past five days, including today, is over 50. HC is hoping to tamp down the rate of infections by doubling up on testing. All students, whether vaccinated or not, are being tested twice a week. Conn College also having an outbreak as they have gone to remote classes www.nbcconnecticut.com/news/coronavirus/connecticut-college-goes-remote-due-to-covid-cases/2577213/

Very few people had masks on at UCONN and across the country at games. I agree you should have to show vaccine and it should not be hard to social distance at Fitton. I just feel like the vaccinated people are still being penalized for people that won't get vaccinated. I can tell you the rules are all over the place. The only people masked at New Haven last weekend was the Athletic Trainers while non dressed players and staffers on the sidelines had no masks. I would guess just looking at the crowd it was 5 percent wearing a mask (and that might be high). I am off to Nichols to shoot field hockey tonight and must be masked to be on the sidelines,

Oh, yeah, I'm going to take medical advice from this bozo over Fauci. I couldn't find her medical credentials. Can Phreek get on the case?
Of course Tony Fauci says you should wear a mask sitting alone in your home because you might give covid to the walls. Her knowledge of sports must be at least as good as her knowledge of sports (does Holy Cross even have a football team?).
Yep, after watching this clip, I'm now inclined to go into a crowded bar where no masks are allowed to celebrate a victory by the probably-not-existent Holy Cross football team.

Fauci? You mean the guy who LIED under oath before Congress about funding "Gain of Function Research"......in other words, the guy responsible for creating the virus. You can follow that fraud. Not I.

It would be easier to take if impressionable viewers hadn't died because they took these hosts seriously and equated public health measures with dictatorship.

Well, OK then, that qualifies her to make judgments about a pandemic on an equal footing with Fauci, or Francis Collins, or Deborah Birx, or Rochelle Walensky, or Scott Gottlieb or . . . . . .

What's the point of this? Is it to protect the vaccinated people from the unvaccinated people? The point of this is for certain people to pat themselves on the back on their way out the door. Utter stupidity. High school games across CMass will be packed this weekend. No masks required yet on the campus of Holy Cross the virus runs wild...... Time to move on and stop with these stupid rules.

I don’t understand. How is it that highly educated, seemingly brilliant medical doctors do not all agree on each aspect of the COVID issue?

Copernicus theory of earth motion?
Remember the trial of Galileo. Heliocentrism was declared to be formally heretical by the Inquisition. Two scientific observations that were proven correct.
The hierarchy of the Inquisition, thought they too were brilliant and knew it all. Turns out they were wrong.
Science and data continues to evolve in all disciplines, in this case human biology. Observations and guidelines are not be immutable. Thus the room for disagreement and the need for continuous change regarding new guidelines.
