HC intercepts the ball in the end zone--this is unreal

I think we need Sluka in to take the game over.

I think we need Sluka in to take the game over. Lol If he breaks two slithers we could take the lead. Harvard D may be getting tired and Sluka is rested. I like the threat of a long run on every play, either pass or run. But Siderman starting to make some completions, too.

Hitting the receiver in the hands seems to be Siderman's biggest "flaw."

Defense has largely been very stout today. Offense just hasn't helped at all.

D 27 minutes on field vs Harvard 17 minutes. That is tough.

That should be all she wrote, but I believe HC will score at least once more.

Does HC have to play at home again this season? Ugh. At least Colgate is not at Fitton.

Disappointing we didn't have our best stuff today, but Harvard is without question just a more talented and better football team. We needed a gimmick play and muffed punt to get on the board. They're typical Harvard -- big in the trenches, bruising RB, and use the play-action really well.
The bye week comes at a great team.

Always the possibility that Merrimack and Harvard are darn good.

I heard it said somewhere that mismanaging success leads to failure and I forget how the rest of it goes.

Harvard’s speed to the edge on offense is quite impressive.

The arrangement where the team lines up and then pauses to look at the sideline didn't seem to help today.

I heard it said somewhere that mismanaging success leads to failure and I forget how the rest of it goes. We have another opportunity to manage defeat well.

Always the possibility that Merrimack and Harvard are darn good. They are. Harvard very much looks like a borderline Top 15 FCS team to me.

Always the possibility that Merrimack and Harvard are darn good. Duquesne beat Merrimack 37-14 earlier today.

So many tipped/deflected passes...is Ralph Willard the Harvard defensive coordinator?

We actually looked better against Merrimack. Hard to say but true. Defense is exhausted. 11 minutes more on field than Harvard. Good timing for a bye week.
