For his career, Blaise Bell is 41 for 81 passing for 351 yards, an incredibly low 4.3 yards per attempt when you need 7 yards per pass play. Our opponents are averaging 8 yards per passing attempt this season.

why don't we have run plays for Bell if that's what he does better?

How about a wishbone or single wing package? well, what do they practice? He's clearly not a passer TG and staff either to stubborn to run wishbone/single wing or didn't even bother implementing it when Wade went down. Inexcusable if TG continues to use Bell at QB.

Another interception for our D late in the 2nd quarter! One area of the team I was slightly concerned about going into the season is bailing us out. Too bad Geoff Wade can't play. His coach at St. Sebastian's, Bob Souza thinks he could play with a concrete boot on anyway considering he is a pro style QB who prefers not to run

Blaise Bell, whatever you think of him, should never have been considered the #2 QB on the depth chart over Wade. Blaise is simply not a good QB at this level of play. His accuracy is suspect at best and he telegraphs his passes.
Someone already posted my gripe of our DB who all season long neither covers well and looks afraid of contact or just can't tackle. Today's play was just one of the more egregious examples.
Blaise just did a superhuman effort to avoid a sack but then escapes and misses an open receiver in the end zone.

Nice scramble but then a pass thrown in the dirt. Receivers looked frustrated.

hard to judge not being there, but he seems to throw a very soft pass as well, defense has forever to make the play

The whole point with Bell was to have him as a different look could run wildcat. Obviously once PP went out and he had to try and manage an entire game it doesn't work.

On Bell's last pass into the end zone we had two receivers wide open. Bell couldn't hit them. Train wreck.

This is on the coaching staff. They should have recognized Blaise isn't a quarterback years ago.

If Bell starts the 2nd half at qb then TG needs to be relieved of his duties a la Captain Queeg.
