Not very informative but a few nuggets: 1. Looking to get a summer trip to Ireland in the summer of '23; 2. Cross most improved player over the summer; 3. Have been working the transfer portal but so far - no luck

Not having been able to listen in but just reading Crossports on both coaches, it may not be much but sounds like a mother lode compared to the men's side for information.

At one point, Magarity was taking about goals and she said something like, “well, we could say our goal is to be in the championship but that’s just not rea . . .” She seemed to catch herself while about to say that’s not realistic.

For a team picked to finish in the upper half of the league (5th), it shouldn't seem unrealistic.

No significant size coming back (not that we really had any) and perhaps the new "bigs" are a season away from being able to contribute significantly at the D1 level. That would be one reason the coach's realism emerged a bit.
I do like our returning frontcourt's competitiveness, so maybe I'm being pessimistic.

Based on last year's starting line-up, they may not have a player over 5'11 on the floor to start a game. The good news is they bring back a lot of experience, but if neither Demski & Berger can give them some quality minutes, I see them struggling against Lehigh & BostonU. They also need to shoot better/more consistently from outside to open up the middle. Shooting 38% is not going to do it.

Disappointed that Demski was not identified as the most improved player. Just continued progress in rehabbing from her surgeries should generate significant improvement. Hopefully she has improved but Cross has just hit it out of the park with her improvement over the summer.
