To get to my selection of 8-9,000, we only need 7,996 more with my small crowd going. I would have guessed more but the predicted bitter cold weather will hold down attendance. A high of 36 degrees for the day. Good news 1% chance of precipitation. If it was expected to be in low 50's, I would have guessed closer to 10K. Oh, the other factor is the big basketball game against UNH later that evening. I am sure that'll be SRO and people might have to choose which game to spend their entertainment dollars on and attend only one.

I’m going. I think we’ll do better than some expect and hopefully see the fruits of trying to strengthen local relationships in a variety of ways. Put me down for 8192.

Uh, wrong answer. Correct answer is: "my kids are home from all over the East Coast and they can't wait to join me at Fitton Saturday afternoon."

My kids will be happy to show her the ropes of how we cheer on the Crusaders during a big game. Fair warning, my kids are a little older now than when you last saw them so she may learn some new words.

How many Sacred Heart fans? How many Scared Heart students? How many HC students? How many alumni of both schools? How many local fans?

I’d guess about 5k given the circumstances (I think that’s about half of what we saw 38 years ago when our attendance that season was generally double or triple what we see now). I’ll be watching it on my TV - a more comfortable perch than our last home playoff game.

Since we are playing exact number guesses, I'll go with 8,070. Remember, we have to go by official numbers (includes no shows) not by people watching on ESPN+ and opining that there didn't look like that many.

Guessing in the 3,500 - 4,500 range.
No students.
Holiday weekend.
SHU won’t bring many people.
36 degree weather.
Remember that season ticket holders aren’t reported in attendance, like they would be for regular season.

We will win on Saturday, work the relationship and engagement with the Worcester community in the weeks and months ahead which will include another game at Polar. they will attend if we win and make our program enjoyable for the community might be wrong, but think it is possible

You'd hope that there might be some outreach via T&G, local radio, local TV to encourage locals to come to the game, perhaps with reduced ticket prices with reminders of how Holy Cross partnered with WooSox for the Polar Park game.

Under 4,000.
Wx forecast will discourage many. A slight chance of snow before 8am. Sunny, with a high near 37. West wind 11 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Going for sure.
I suspect we will have 5,000 to 6,000 folks in attendance.
Hoping Baseball Lot stays open even after the (hopefully little) rainfall projected for Friday!

I posted 7500 on AGS...probably a little high given the expected weather but hope springs eternal. I know 6 or 7 87ers are going to be there with me...so we need about 7493 or 7494 more.

Going for sure. I suspect we will have 5,000 to 6,000 folks in attendance. Hoping Baseball Lot stays open even after the (hopefully little) rainfall projected for Friday! From the college's parking announcement, no parking on the baseball field. Parking on the West Lot, which I assume is the old HoJos lot. Tonight Snow showers likely, mainly before 2am. Cloudy, with a low around 25. West wind 14 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 32 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible. Saturday Partly sunny, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 35. West wind 11 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph.
