To paraphrase Keith Foulke (after a tightrope-walking save vs the Yanks) "We made it interesting".

The Roof's definitely HC's home away from home.

Strategy questions:
- why everyone back on free throws?
- should we have used our fouls to give? Even up to our 7th foul.

Congrats to the guys. This is the team I thought they would be before the season started. Let’s hope it keeps up!

Love how Kenney is coming out of his shell. Another game of huge defensive plays.

Luc picks Worcester over Boston in his interview. He's not headed to the portal. He's found a home.

So many heroes ! But what about the scoring from Townsel - and he plays D - he’s been sneaky good all season

Strategy questions: - why everyone back on free throws? - should we have used our fouls to give? Even up to our 7th foul. 1- the team does not want to chance a rebounding foul and wants all 5 back on D 2- The only possibility to foul was when were up 3 and they were attacking after our FT miss. Neither team had a time out to set up so I would not foul

Also, Townsel with a little offensive microburst when they really needed it.

Strategy questions: - why everyone back on free throws? - should we have used our fouls to give? Even up to our 7th foul. Nobody in the lane because committing a foul would not be a good thing and the chances of getting a rebound are almost zero. No sense in chancing something not smart.. Using our fouls, not in the situation tonight. We wanted the clock to run..don't do anything to stop the clock, it was our friend at the end..If it was a 3 point game, then it would be the time to use those fouls to prevent an easy shot

No offense, but you'd have to be an idiot to think Brett Nelson should not be back for Year 4 given what he inherited and has had to deal with at HC.
This team took a few second half haymakers from one of the most experienced teams in the country, got back up, and hit them right back even harder. Would anyone have thought this was the 323rd most experienced team in the country (on the road) going up against #33 tonight?
If we can keep this core intact and continue to develop (both players and coaches), HCBN has this program in a position to bring HC to a place that we haven't been in 13 years.
Go Cross Go!!!

A big tip of the hat to BN and the whole team. HC has some tremendous athletes and if they have learned to play together as a team they could be dangerous.

We had two fouls to give. A loose ball foul on a missed free throw would be inconsequential.
Dimarz, getting an offensive rebound on a missed free throw is definitely not close to a 0% chance.
At least Nelson isn’t like Jim Crews during the rest of the game.

How many block shots tonight? 10? 11? I wonder what the team record is..Kenney has stepped up in that area! Nice to have a rim protector!

Key for kenney has been minutes. Most of the season has been subbing on the clock vs game needs, which confuses the best of us.Louth still needs more minutes as do Humphrey and Dorsey, although match ups should dictate time for the guards,

As DiMarz pointed out, a foul stops the clock. A foul is more likely than an offensive rebound. Do not give a ref the chance to call what might look like a foul. And as I wrote above we want all 5 defenders set, not retreating.

Strategy questions: - why everyone back on free throws? - should we have used our fouls to give? Even up to our 7th foul. Two reasons:
1) don't want to foul on the rebound, use zero clock, and put them on the line
2) want to make sure nobody can beat us downcourt for a layup or immediate open three
