Foley is right on this one - I watched a fair amount of Columbia this season and they are very good ! they went down to the Carolinas early in the season and knocked off Davidson and Clemson in consecutive games - Addyson Cross will probably draw the assignment of guarding Abby Hsu who is a great 3 pt shooter - and our bigs will have their hands full with Kaitlin Davis who is a very quick f-c and very good passer. A big challenge on the road Ivy basketball is superior to the PL(I think their rpi is about 8th and what is the PL ?)

I think the top two of the Ivy League are really head and shoulders better than the rest of the conference. Columbia really blew Yale off the court on Friday and just couldn't get going against a VERY good ranked Princeton team that had an answer everytime Columbia got it going.

Our soft ooc schedule included the two worst Ivy teams, Brown (who we lost to) and Dartmouth - I'll still give a decided edge to the Ivy against the middle of the PL Bucknell plays at Fordham on Friday night (I would have preferred a matchup against the Rams)

No mask required and only proof of a two shot vax. Booster not required at Columbia.

Have to admit I was hoping for Fordham, couple of players HC heavily recruited, including Kait Downey who IIRC was an AAU teammate of AL,

Bucknell versus Fordham game will be covered by ESPN+, according to the BucknellBison.com article. . Not sure about the coverage for Holy Cross’s game.

That's good news. I made the assumption that FUBO might have the tournament locked up when I saw a notice or ad for them on the womensnit.com site.
PL WBB got three slots this year in the top two national post season tournaments. Congratulations to all.
We have four players from NY/NJ. Happy for them to have a game relatively close to home. Go Crusaders.

ESPN covers the Ivy men and women very closely - if you look at their womens bball page you’ll find links to highlights of their games and press conferences from this past weekend

Was in those highlights they run in boxes on the right hand side. Rare for the PL but it does happen. Princeton's wbb national profile pushes the Ivy coverage for sure. Wish they had more of the smaller conferences.

FloSports has been around for 15-20 years, largely covering HS and college wrestling and T&F. Fairly recently they have tried to branch out more into other sports.

The HC Women’s schedule indicates that the game will be broadcasted by both ESPN+ and SNY.
I checked the SNY listing and do not see it there but perhaps it has not been updated.

Massey favors Columbia to win 67-57 with HC having only a 20% chance to win. (Bucknell only has a 21% chance to win with Fordham favored 61-52). AU is given only a 1% chance for victory as Michigan is favored 74-47.

Big crowd expected tonight... They pulled in 1913 screaming meemies* for their next to last home game vs #24 Princeton. Other recent home games were in the high hundreds. Would be great to break a thousand for the first ever meeting between these two fine Institutions. *What's the correct spelling of this word Bob Fouracre used to describe enthusiastic fans?
