Could not agree more '45! I've met CTG, great guy! So was CMB. But at the end of the day, it's all about winning. Yesterday was embarrassing. I left at the beginning of the 4th as I couldn't bear to watch anymore. What's the problem? CTG cannot get and hold quality assistants. Look at the number of assistants he's had over the years. He'll bring in someone good, and their gone after a year. The impression in the coaching community is that he is very difficult to work for. He ends up with young or journeyman guys to fill his staff and there's no continuity. The best available replacement? No one a better fit than TERRY MALONE

i don't know if malone has the credentials to lead a program, but he will probably be looking for a job as purdue has an interim head coach and they are once again firmly in the bottom half of the big 10 standings.

Speaking literally.......CTG is a Loser. Asst at Purdue? Before that: a Super Bowl win with the Saints, 5 Big Ten championships @ Michigan, 3 MAC Championships at Bowling Green. Tasted victory and defeat, elsewhere and at HC.
