The U of Hawaii baseball team is in the Big West Conference and has a 4300 seat home stadium. No pro teams since the single A team left three decades ago.

Alaska and Wyoming are the two states without college baseball teams according to the interweb. So Wyoming is the answer...if they have a pro team somewhere. Casper? U of W is the only college of any level with intercollegiate athletics in the state if I'm not mistaken. I looked up Montana. Neither Montana and Montana State sponsor baseball BUT D2 Montana State-Billings does.

U of Wyoming used to be the only 4 year college in the state. There may be a second one, perhaps Catholic? The 2 year colleges do have intercollegiate athletics.
