Good for the Mount. They place an emphasis on BB and are moving to a conference that does also. I like the Holy Cross arrangement with equal emphasis on Football and Basketball and a league that supports that.

Longest trips are slightly less long than the longest NEC trips (Buffalo, Albany versus N Smithfield & N Andover). The CT and NYC trips are pretty much a wash. Better fit for them, I do agree.

I wouldn't mind seeing Coach Dan knocking off Coach Ricky some day.

They place an emphasis on BBÂ Do they? Six NCAA appearances since 1995 (actually same as HC I believe) but the most recent one was 2021 and they don't have Football or Hockey, so I would say BB is their main spectator sport emphasis. They are in Lacrosse country but MLax is only 5-9 this year. They will also be joining schools like Iona and St. Peters that emphasize basketball.

I don't think St. Peter's emphasized anything until the all of a sudden found themselves in an NCAA Regional Final.
Pretty sure there were more fans in their arena for the watch party for the Purdue game than attended any home game this century.

True, but the hiring of Holloway, when he was a hot commodity as an assistant at Seton Hall, was a very shrewd move by their AD.
