Coach Chesney and Coach Scott James will be in Chicago on Thursday the 19th for a dinner meeting with ALL interested Holy Cross alumni and friends of the program. The dinner is being held at the Bella Notte Restaurant in downtown Chicago from 6pm to 8pm. Any viewers and Crosssport participants who live in the nearby area are invited to visit with Coach Chesney and Coach James as they discuss this upcoming season and the future direction of the program.

Great idea-building support for the program and likely doing some recruiting as well. Maybe we’ll see a tour of the key US cities: Chicago, New York, Philly, Atlanta, Louisville😁

Chicago and Detroit have to be the biggest "HC cities" (for both football and the school itself) outside of the Northeast, no?
Good to see Chez hitting that pipeline of support.

Less is more when determining the number of sports represented on the rubber chicken circuit.

He was at the NYC Leadership dinner at the Pierre two weeks ago. I believe he was a guest of board chair Rick Patterson '80. Had a brief chat with the coach and met his lovely wife. SO I sort of doubt that he will make a return trip to the Big Apple.

We've historically also done well in Obio, Kentucky and Arizona, to name a few. We haven't had as much luck on the West Coast.

Lot of Ohio guys (and gals) at HC during my time on the Hill in the '80s. Lot of very good players from both metro Cleveland and metro Cincy. That has historically been very fertile ground for HC football.
