McCoy is on the list. #3 on the video after the Roman Coliseum and Pompeii Amphitheater. You will cringe listening to the pronunciation of Worcester.

McCoy is probably headed for demolition with its site being eyed for a new single unified high school for the city. There is little undeveloped open space and Pawtucket and with this space being unoccupied without any prospects, it is at the top of the list of possible locations. The fact that one of the city's high school football fields is already next to McCoy also factors in.

Didn't know the Rubber Bowl in Akron was no longer being used...always thought it was kind of a cool venue, sort of squeezed into the space it used.

Last talk of a Revs soccer stadium in Metro Boston focused on Everett. Must be a different league.

No politics in Everett. Should be a breeze to throw it up.

Last talk of a Revs soccer stadium in Metro Boston focused on Everett. Must be a different league. Yes, it is. The USL is the second highest pro league in the US. There is a team in Hartford which plays at Dillon Stadium, a 100 year old place you can see from I-91 near the Colt Building heading south out of Hartford. The Hartford Athletic average under 5000 per game. After a deal with some private parties to expand it to 15,000 fell through, the state renovated it by cleaning it up and making it a little smaller than it had been. The city high schools and South Catholic used to play football there and the Rolling Stones once played there as well. Providence would be insane to spend $124 million on a new stadium for a minor league team which has a major league team 30 miles away in Foxborough. Don't they have a high school stadium they could modernize for the USL and provide a place for state championship games, etc.
