The Tigers should be a top 15 FCS team - it’s now clear they are the class of the Ivy. I agree they are class of the Ivy but I don't think they are top 15. I think it is a schedule issue coupled with an "Ivy starts later" bias. Their non-conference wins came over Stetson and Lafayette. Fordham has a stronger schedule. If they run the table and have a win over Harvard, Yale, and Penn, I think they do crack the top 20. I think 1 and 2 loss CAA teams would be in front of them in the polls. Princeton is #22 in the Coaches' Poll and STILL NOT RANKED in the STATS FCS poll OR the AnyGivenSaturday poll (typically the most accurate FCS poll despite being unofficial). Total sham.

There is a strong "anti-Ivy" bias in the AGS poll....many there lash out at the League for its mostly insular, no 11th game, no playoffs etc. stances.
Not saying they are wrong in this but it skews against very good Ivy teams getting more recognition there.

But yes you have a lot of the Dakota crowd who openly don't include Ivies in their rankings as an individual rule. It's kind of hypocritical. These guys will point at Sagarin or Massey ratings to thump their chests about how the Missouri Valley is ranked higher than the MAC or CUSA or whatever but then totally ignore it if those same ratings sets have, let's hypothetically say Princeton and Dartmouth, ranked 5th and 6th overall in the country in FCS.
