Pesansky would be the starter his senior year if he's better than who else is around, wouldn't he? Arrived fall of 21.
I'm assuming Sluka doesn't play 5 years, which from a football eligibility standpoint; he could.
Then again, one bad hit (or, in the case of Kyler Murray last night; one bad cut) and he's the qb in 23.

I was commenting based on 44s update on who might replace Sluka, although I am sure there would be an interesting competition among all of the QBs when that day arrives. Would like to see Sluka for two more years but doubt that will be the case.

Who do u think will fill in when sluka leaves? Mark Forcucci freshman from Chicago. I've heard nothing but rave reviews from coaches. The main reason why the lefty QB from PA who's a freshman as well is playing wide receiver now. I watched this kid out here in Chicago and he is the real deal. With him and Frattura coming in we are great shape QB wise. Frattura is the real deal and comes from a great program in NJ. Always thought there were some really solid players from N/W Jersey who would look in an HC uniform.

Agree-- l am looking forward to getting the next group of recruits locked in, but as long as we have this coaching staff, we will be in great shape and have a roster full of winners.

The fact that anyone would commit to Montana State over Princeton seems mind-boggling. Unless he's someone who would see limited financial aid.

Re; Luke Anderson I assume the district is Dallas Ft. Worth. His home-town has a median household income of $75,000

Not sure if mentioned yet, but Sac State Soph RB Skattebo in transfer portal. No doubt Coach DiMichele is on the scent.

A friend of mine, an academic whose daughter went to Princeton, told me that Princeton is not for everyone ("everyone" meaning those students who are academically qualified to get in), that it has an academic intensity greater than Harvard or Yale. I don't know whether this is true or not, but it's an interesting idea. It might be a tougher place to be a jock than H or Y, or other places.

Back when I was in school, I always heard that the academically most challenging Ivy undergrad was Cornell. Which was also at the time (and may still be) the "easiest" Ivy to get into.

I’ve heard on multiple occasions that the toughest thing about any/all Ivy League schools is getting in.

I had many HS classmates who were at Harvard tell me it was hard to get in, could be hard if you made it, but could also be scheduled to be not-too-demanding... but High School was absolutely harder. That always made me feel really smart myself

Same as Dr. Fauci, and one that Regis Philbin was named after (despite not attending--his dad did).

I do not know about the situation today. At one time HC was an academically rigorous, extremely demanding college allegedly on a par with the toughest LACs in the country. It is difficult for me to think of HC in any other way. But, maybe, it has lightened up the academic load in recent decades.
