Nice run by O'Hara (Sluka lite) to set up a short Skattebo sprint for the TD.
RB2 showing great speed through the secondary for Sac State. On top 14-7 now. I didn't see the highlight of the UIW TD.

What an incredible game. Hoping #7 can pull off an upset.

Just looked at the final score - IW wins 66-63. Not OT. FIFTY-SEVEN points scored in the 4th quarter. That might be one to watch on replay.

Sac State had 700+ total yards but 4 tos did them in. Agree about seeding.

I just watched a condensed version, about 20 minutes, of the second half on the Matthew Loves Ball account on YouTube. It’s wild. Two successful onside kicks by Sac State.

Lowder and Pridgen will give matching this guy the old college try, I'm sure.

The two teams combined to run over 175 plays from scrimmage. Would like to see some data on how many plays are run in an average game by year or decade or some other time interval. My guess is, in general, the number of plays continues to increase. Plus, they used to not start the clock after the ball went out of bounds until the next play; nowadays its only at the end of the game (and maybe half). They're also quicker restarting after a first down than they used to be. I bet there'd be another dozen plays per game if those rules were the same as they were.

Got home to Brookings late from watching the game in Fargo…just in time to watch the 4th quarter. Absolutely nuts. Never seen anything like it. Absolutely zero defense but if you like fast break high scoring, it’s preatty awesome.

UIW did take a bunch of penalties while I was watching in the 1st half. Had a lead at times.
What impressed me most about UIW was the fact that TWO rushers had over 150 yards (Scott their QB and Cooper the RB). Watching the highlights now. They kind of beat Sac State at their own game with a dual threat QB. I thought Sac State's run D looked mixed up at times and the worst I've seen them this year.

Wonder if the word was out that the SState coach was taking the Stanford job or affected his team's preparation.
I wouldn't be happy if that was the case. Nothing wrong w/him moving on, of course.
