THE "b" word ("rhymes with witch" -Barbara Bush describing Geraldine Ferraro in 1984) seems to have wormed it's way into common usage.
"Hello b's" is a friendly greeting I heard recently in a social setting with no offense taken by anyone.
Having said that I learned early that anything that could be said with profanity could be said better without it and never enjoyed it when people used profanity in a professional setting, which coaching certainly is.

Seems like the B word used in that fashion would be the kind of thing that would get a man (or a woman) fired in the long run; but not the kind of thing that would get him canned yesterday. Has to be an add-on to the racial remarks.
