Again very interesting that the coach goes with the hot hand at center, either Allen or Berger, but not both at the same time (with few exceptions) So tonight Berger gets little PT - Stick with what's working Loyola was down by 4 at the half tonight at Army and proceeded to outscore the cadets 40-17 in the 2nd half to win going away - they're now 2-1 in the PL - sets up for a big game on Sunday
True, but Berger still played 19 mins, and really didn't look to score. Although Allen played 27, it was the first game in a while that she wasn't in early foul trouble. Almost a throwback game for her, 16/10 & only 2 t/os. Best all-round game in a bit.

It looks like Janelle is a big 5'11" and Bronagh is a small 5'10". Nice to have continuity with two veteran juniors in their third year being taught by the same veteran head coach. Players staying four years should be one of the advantages of the PL in the topsy turvy current environment of college BB. We lost one member each of the junior and senior classes (Davis and Flaherty) but that's probably better than the average turnover.
