While I've never been there but have wanted to try it, Glazy Susan, the donut shop that has done some small advertising in the Hart Center is closing:

WORCESTER — If doughnuts are life, then life is about to get a bit more boring on the
artisanal fried dough front.
In social media posts Saturday, homegrown city favorite Glazy Susan Specialty Doughnuts
announced it will permanently close its doors Jan. 29.
"Life is a series of hellos and goodbyes, I’m afraid it’s time for goodbye again," Glazy Susan
tweeted. "With mixed emotion, we are announcing the permanent closure of Glazy Susan -
our final day will be Sunday January 29th."

What began as a pop-up success story out of the Worcester Regional Food Hub with their
handcrafted gourmet doughnuts, husband-and-wife co-owners Joe and Susan Skrzek opened
their current shop on Foster Street at the DCU Center in September 2020.
The small business persevered through the pandemic by collaborating with other foodie
startups, but then came Saturday's surprise announcement on social media.
"This is largely a personal decision to fully shift our time, energy, and focus to our growing
family and our careers outside of Glazy. This decision has also been influenced by the
staggering rise in food costs and the incredibly difficult labor market," the Skrzeks wrote.
"We have many people to thank, chief among them the @dcucenter, and we’ll get to that in
due time.
"For now, we’re going to have a great final month with you all - the Glazy Gang. We’ll release
our FINAL menu in the coming days. [Love] Joe & Susan."
