Foley the way to ask that question is this hire for the same job/role and how is it defined The BC job was Senior Associate Director of Athletics Business Operations and her new job is Senior Associate Director of Athletics which includes oversight for the offices of business, facilities and operations, as well as supervision of select sports. She had supervision oversight over many sports at BC including women's lax.

I get it but we all remain citizens of the cancel culture world and just suggesting a rephrase might work better for you

Amy appears to have filled a similar role as FADMB at BC and also leaves BC for HC. The difference is she's not arriving in Worcester as a first time AD. I hope that's a maturation by the HC PTB in how they value Athletic Director and Head Coach openings at Holy Cross.
Those positions are too important for people to learn how to do the job on the job.
Welcome Aboard Amy!

If he was the architect of increased salaries for football staff in conjunction with extending Coach Chesney's contract and funding both by deferring on making an MBB coaching change, he's been very effective. Given how sharp Chesney has been at coordinating all aspects of the football program to work together, it wouldn't be surprising if Coach Chesney saw the synergy of this approach and sold it. Extending Coach Magarity of 12-3/4-0 WBB was also a smart decision. I was concerned Kit didn't have to commit so early, but like Coach Chesney, Magarity is undefeated in league play since her extension so Kit knew best. So Kit has made good big decisions well so far. Maybe my thinking has been clouded by the shock of seeing a rookie AD hire a rookie MBB Head Coach and watching the program implode into an historic 3-29 season. Kit has thrown good money at good programs (FB, WBB) and not thrown good money after bad (MBB) and still we are seeing a glimmer of a turnaround in MBB, so he's had a good run so far.
