Massey makes HC an 11 point favorite over Lafayette in Worcester (60-49) with an 81% chance for the win. As Coach Magarity said time to play "two good halves of basketball in one game."

In the sense that last year as freshmen it appeared to me that Munt was the most ready and both Berger and Huber were significant projects. This year Berger is an impact player, Huber has been a contributor and Munt needs to find her groove. It's a long season and she may well find it.

Munt looked a bit better in the last game...she appears to be moving in the right direction.

Not meant to be critical of coach M but 'our most improved player', Berger has seen her minutes diminish - in the first 7 games she was getting 29 mins/game - in the last 9, it's down to 20 mins/game IMO, it's all about not playing Lindsay and Janelle at the same time and getting more athleticism on the floor

I wouldn't have picked it up on my own. It rings true because HC has reeled off five straight wins and had the fresh legs and athleticism to come from behind to win on Wednesday. The men's team doesn't have the depth to make strategy decisions like that. The WBB trainer is not solely responsible for the team being injury free at mid-season but credit is due there, too because that is relatively rare.

I would say the Strength and Conditioning coach might be MORE responsible than the trainer.

During those 9 games Allen is averaging 22 mins, Berger 21. Berger did play more mins in the first 7 games, but in part, due to JA having foul problems in 5 of those 7 games.

McCormack has uncommon touch around the basket despite her shooting angles always being less advantageous than for taller players. The hours of practice to make that touch so sure were well spent. She also has no fear of driving into the redwoods planted around the basket.

...and Foreman's earned minutes as well; and done well with them!

Damon-Olson is the longest tenured coach in the league now in her 6th season - can’t imagine Laf staying with her much longer - her record has been terrible and this season is more of the same

We will all be saying "Lafayette is not good" in a couple of hours. The only thing that keeps it close today is if Lafayette goes zone and we don't hit shots for a long stretch.

CT College was better. This has turned into a layup drill. I've never seen so many shots that were so short they didn't even hit the rim.

Very pretty third quarter. HC outscores Laf (21-11) and leads by 18 going into the last quarter.
