One other stat I liked is 15-22 on twos means great passing and few blown layups--a nice development 10-12 on twos in the second half 15-21 overall

The D today was much more aggressive than in the past few games..Much more movement resulting in a lot of deflections and steals. Of course Q isn't the strongest team we have played.. It was good to see the team shoot it well, that will give them a boast of confidence. Still had a bit of a problem with pressure, not attacking the pressure vertically, too much side to side and long diagonal passes for my liking..Overall, a very good way to go into the exam break...RC and MH looked very confident today..Even Ant hit a 3...! HC was 15 for 21 in the 2nd half!

I am so pleased with the defense. It's still a little concerning that our opppnents are shooting at high eFG%, but we have consistently been disrupting teams with our 1-3-1 and match-up. Who'd have thought the defense would be ahead of the offense at this juncture? We've held six of our last seven opponents to fewer than 60 points.
Also, some posters have commented -- specifically Caro -- that there's a cultural problem with the program and that we don't have an identity. He is so very wrong. Today's game was played at HC's pace (64 possessions) and not Quinnipiac's. QU is a fast team, and all of their games entering today featured between 72 and 79 possessions. We took them out of what they wanted to do. Good coaching.

QU definitely isn't very good, but they blew out Hartford and Marist in their previous two games, and also beat a good Indiana State team. Lastly, they were fairly competitive in losses to Gonzaha and Seton Hall.
This was a solid win.

Where are the students? Can't they find some time to support their fellow students. I'm sure they will be gone before the Marist game, so no students until at least January 2017. Absolutely no school spirit.

Maybe we should write off the student body as a constituency we are concerned with. Maybe focus on locals and alums. They don't show up whether or not it's exam week. Has anyone in the Administration/Faculty ever communicated with the entire student body about this?

Is the video running (i.e. Is the timer moving?)? If so, just let it run and eventually you will see Adam Giardino doing the pregame and then interviewing Carmody. If nothing is happening, try this link to get directly there: livestream.com/holycross/events/6561458/videos/144128357

In safari, when livestream pops up there should be a white line w/ a dot in it, depending on how it shows on the ipad it should be on the top of the screen & hopefully you can move it with your finger!
