Concerning that we essentially played 6 players? Wright got in, Munt briefly, missed a few, turnover, and Donnelly very briefly, she may have been injured Donnelly overthrew an open player down court on one of those baseball throws/heaves. I wonder if teams practice those long passes to develop accuracy? They seem to be a crap shoot. Flanagan, not Donnelly made that ill fated pass. Munt (who I think has potential) plays uptight and gets pulled quickly.

I am sure those passes are practiced often, and thus are not crap shoots.

I am sure those passes are practiced often, and thus are not crap shoots. The added physical challenge of the full court baseball pass is what could make it more of a gamble than advancing the ball with shorter passes and dribbles that are easier controlled. Good reminder that "gamble" would have been a more collegial description than "crap shoot." Thanks.
