Time Warner is showing the Siena @ Canisius game live currently. AS it is the TW western affiliate which is showing the game I assume that it is statewide on TW. Can anyone from NYC area confirm is they are getting this game.
At this point is 14-14 and one player from Canisius has all of their 14 points, a guard named Robertson. It is very fast pace game and Siena is really pounding the ball inside. Canisius is playing M2M but Siena is getting a ton of offensive rebounds.
Canisius is shooting 3s like they were going out of style and so far, at the under 12 TO, they are hitting them, leading 20-18 as Siena has gone cold.
The announces, from Western New York, seem very knowledgeable. Attendance is pretty good as well.
Waiting for the Navy game at 7 but this is pretty entertaining. Really a must win for Siena which isn't coming out to stop the open 3. Siena having tough luck with its shots in the last 5 minutes although none of them were poor shots
Doesn't seem as either team has gone deep into the shot clock at all. A whole different style than HC/BU. Given the cold shooting the Griffs are area 25-23 at the under 8 TO.

Some NYC area homes get Time Warner. Most do not.

Canisius has been surprising so far. Weatherspoon, the coach that Buffalo got rid of to rent Hurley for a couple of years, is a good coach. They're currently ranked #159 in kenpom, just a few spots behind Siena and good for 4th in the MAAC. They had a solid win over Buffalo and beat Bona at Bona in overtime, shooting 38 3s, making 15 of them.
