Neither of the frehman guards are offensive first, although Bachmann was pretty good from 3 in HS. The more likely new offense will come from Munt & Donnelly, if they can get & stay healthy. Thought Huber had a good game yesterday too

Well, I think his comment in part references an earlier comment regarding the quality of play this season outside the top 10 is down this season. Having watched a bunch of games, not only PL related ones, I find myself in agreement. Lot of players/teams with poor fundamentals, bad passing, missed layups, missing a slew of open shots, spotty defense. Exactly my point

Coach MM should be concerned about this team’s performance so far - insignificant wins and too many close losses for an experienced roster - one could say this is a bad coaching job for someone who was the COY last season

Munt is pretty fast and can jump; two qualities in short supply.

Graduating Cross and her defense is a loss for this team. But personnel wise, losing just one impact player heading into a season is a pretty big edge for a team that is coming off winning the championship. The biggest loss this offseason (with all due respect to Addisyn) is the two departing assistant coaches. Daily guard and post player breakdown drills are impacted, as well scouting, strategy, in-game suggestions to the head coach, in-game suggestions to players you've built a rapport with, and game planning. I am not saying with the new staff members it's better or worse, but it's a big change for a team that is pretty much intact from a season ago. And the two coaches leaving has a bigger impact than most folks believe.....at least IMO. Also....results always tell a story. Maybe we don't know the story, but things do look underwhelming so far.
Side note: hope things with BPC are OK. Great kid.
