Down the stretch missed open FG attempts by Octave then Montgomery and finally Kenney (on a lefty shot at the rim that he’s automatic on) - our three upperclassmen leaders

Well that was disappointing. Losses are always bad. Feel worse when you have the lead with two minutes left.
You have to beat the lower half of the league in your own house.
On a positive note, I'm used to seeing horrible "last shots" after the timeout. At least Kenney had a quality look

Don't get discouraged We will get much better in the next year or two...Keep the faith I feel that way based on several of the perimeter players here and committed, but can't see a true turnaround without a more ready-now big. I hope to be surprised by Big Chuck.

Still growing, a much better team than the last few seasons. HC needs to make open shots at critical moments.. Didn’t do that today. Lehigh bigs dominated the paint…I’d like to see creative double teams on post players, like a weak side wing dropping to double.. Changeup where a double comes from, keep the opposing bigs guessing.. I also think Louth needs to play more minutes.. I don’t know where they would come from …can we play with 6 on D?.

I only got to see the second half, but what I saw was a great college basketball game, that was competitive until the end. Our guys played in a relaxed fashion, they talked to each other, they were patient, they worked for open shots, and they defended hard. We are going to win a few of these games, and the experience for our young players will pay dividends down the line as they mature.

For me, a possible turning point in the game was when Ryan was called for an offensive foul (a good call) in the first half with HC up 17-12 (I think). He had great position in the paint and I thought could have scored easily, but he lowered his shoulder and extended his arm a bit when I thought he didn't need to. They had some momentum going at that point, but it turned a little. Was there a bigger lead by either team in the whole game?
I thought Louth had a nice game, but his time is running out and they need that kind of inspired effort every game.

I hope to be surprised by Big Chuck. And a surprise incoming, large sized transfer that can help immediately. That last slot is so important.

Massey has Lehigh as a 4 point favorite (74-70) and gives them a 63% chance for the win. That was pretty darn accurate. (Lehigh won 78-72).

More minutes yesterday than in the prior four games combined

Louth 14 minutes not hurting the team Ryan didn't play well in his short stint. Therefore, Louth got a shot and made the most of it.

The wait 'til next year approach worked for many millions of Red Sox fans until we were finally rewarded in 2004. Of course, millions more fans in my parents' generation lived their entire lives without seeing a World Series championship. My parents included. 😐

Hopefully we don't have to wait until 2102 for the next PL championship.....I'm not sure any of us can hang in that long.

Louth 14 minutes not hurting the team Ryan didn't play well in his short stint. Therefore, Louth got a shot and made the most of it. With Nugent being in foul trouble, Louth played a lot of minutes together with Caleb , which aided Louth’s performance.
