If it was founded in 1990, on what is the period of 125 years based? (I did a little extra reading and it was founded in 1900, not in 1990 as the article says.)

I looked at Eastern Nazarene's website. They were offering dozens of programs for traditional and non traditional students, some in person, some online. They offer an engineering degree. enc.edu/academics/Then I looked at the faculty directory. There are fewer than thirty faculty members a few of whom are called adjuncts. There would appear to be majors without faculty. enc.edu/academics/faculty-directory/The most recent CDS showed 541 students including 130 grad students. Trying to be all things to everyone in order to attract students just can't be sustained in these small schools.

The local Patriot Ledger had a more detailed story several days ago. The college has been dealing with financial issues for some time and had even been offering its housing to migrant families and another college to help generate revenues. Seems these moves got the attention of the City of Quincy which had worries it may have to eventually close as it was investigating reserving its 20 acre Wollaston campus for senior housing should it become available. After more than 100 years in Quincy, Eastern Nazarene College plans to close www.patriotledger.com/story/news/2024/06/26/eastern-nazarene-college-in-quincy-closing-christian-education-liberal-arts/74215270007/
